Laptop setup

Connections

  • Power
  • HDMI - From HDMI port to Streaming Box HDMI 2
  • Dongle - with HDMI Dongle
  • Ethernet - to Streaming Box LAN 3
  • Clicker - USB dongle for clicker, plugs into any USB port

Air Tame Setup

  1. Connect to WV-Tech wifi network AirTame Logo
  2. Open Air Tame app
  3. On 'BIG SCREEN' screen select 'Share screen' to connect to the huge screen, you should now see the laptop screen extended onto the huge screen
  4. Also connect to 'Nino Chat' in the same way (this connects to the side tv)

To check the screens have connected correctly

  1. Open Display Settings and select 'Identify' AirTame Logo
  2. The big screen and the ATEM screen should display different numbers ( 2 or 3). It does not matter which way round the numbers are as long as they are different to each other Screens
  3. If they are not the same, swap the hdmi cable and hdmi dongle around and try again. If this fails swap them back and if that fails reboot the laptop and try again
  4. If they are different then it's all good, open up ProPresenter
