Stream setup

YouTube

  1. Go to YouTube and select "create" -> "Go Live" GoLive
  2. From the 'Manage' menu select "SCHEDULE STREAM" in the top right
    this allows you to 'Reuse Settings' from the previous stream SCHEDULE
  3. Update the dates in the 'title' and 'description' boxes then 'next'
  4. No settings need to change in the 'Customization' page
  5. Set Visibility to 'Unlisted' and click done Visibility
  6. Set the stream to 'ON AIR', the stream should then appear in the top left box
  7. In the top right click 'Share' then open the video link
  8. From the YouTube video page, select 'Share' then 'Embed' ShareEmbed
  9. Copy the text and go to live.wokinghamvineyard.org

Church Online Platform

  1. Go to Admin - SERVICES and select 'Edit content' edit
  2. Scroll down to 'Video' and make sure 'Embed Code' is selected and paste in the 'Embed' text from YouTube embed
  3. Scroll down to the bottom and under 'Additional Services' select 'Deselect All' then 'Save' save

Go Live

  1. Before the service starts (before 10:45) press 'GO LIVE' in the livestream menu where you setup the YouTube stream live
